I sat down with Momentum to talk about my work and dissertation on resilience in the arts and culture sector. I reflect on the effectiveness of ingredients like networking and risk-taking in organisational resilience and innovation.
For World Environment Day, in my role at Pilotlight I hosted the first social innovation event of its kind at Linklaters, pairing the expertise of their employees with leaders from Pilotlight’s UK charity network. The team co-designed solutions for the North Wales Rivers Trust and National Biodiversity Network Trust.
A short summary of my impact as a Global Women’s Leadership Programme Scholar and Board Member at Bayes Business School in London. This network added so much value and inspiration to my Master’s degree experience.
